Liam was convicted of a criminal offence by a Magistrates’ Court.
If Liam has grounds to appeal, which court would he move to next?
A. Crown Court
B. High Court

Option C should be shown (Court of Appeal) and option D (Supreme Court)
In fact, Liam would make his appeal in the MAGISTRATES COURT and the appeal would be heard in the Crown Court
