    Hi mr.mike I was reading Chapter no 1 English legal system in civil law I Could not understand:
    Need to prove ‘on the balance of probability’
    what is the meaning of it?Please explain

    “… the balance of probability … ” means that it’s “more likely than not”

    If you accept that 50 / 50 is balanced, then there is a need to prove that it’s >50 / <50 for the balance of probability to be established

    Is that OK?
