English Legal System is proving to be quite a tough one for me….Can anyone suggest what are the areas that must be covered….I mean have to memorize a lot?
Thanks in advance.Unfortunately, I think we will need to learn all of it – you never know with ACCA exams and the ones you leave out tends to come up.
With the civil and criminal court structures I’ve done flow charts bright and colourful which seems to work and what goes in each level. Break it up into smaller topics and get an overview so in the exam you know you this.
This is what I’m doing don’t know if it will work.
