Question: The decisions of magistrates’s courts in criminal cases can be appealed to which Two of the following courts?
a) The crown court
b) The high court
c) The court of appeal
d) The apex court
In the above question, I think all four options are correct .
So are all four options correct. Is the question wrong.
No, the question is not wrong
Common sense should tell you that the C of A and the Supreme Court are hardly likely to be open to appeals in respect of speeding offences in contravention of Road Traffic Legislation
It’s an extremely rare occurrence that a question (or answer) will be incorrect
