For county court it’s written:
One district judge hears small claims. The hearing is informal and “no costs are awarded”.
What does ” no costs are awarded” means?
It means that, even though you may win your case and prove that the other guy was at fault, you will nevertheless have to pay all the costs that you have incurred and you will not be able to recover any of those costs from the guy that you sued
