Many questions are starting with:
“In the relation of English Legal System”
Are the aforementioned questions examinable?
Hi Sourav,
Most of the law you cover is indeed English law, so yes indeed you may have questions referring to the English Legal System, particularly as the first couple of chapters cover the English Legal System, namely Civil v Criminal Law, Common law and Equity, Judicial Precedent and statutory rules of interpretation.
