in relation to the English law how do you put all your thoughts together to describe concisely the hierarchy of courts knowing fully well you have civil law and criminal law by the way coupled with the tracking system?

Think of how a question could be asked, and then sit down with a piece of paper in front of you and see if you can think of ten different, relevant, correct markable points!
