If you look down through this page of F4 Ask the Tutor posts, you’ll see a number asking the same question.
Would it be unfair of me to ask you to read through some of those threads?
As to which variant you want, where are you? If you’re in the UK and you intend to stay in the UK, then English variant is for you. Otherwise, probably Global
When you have read thee other posts and you still need to ask, then do so and I’ll get back to you
February 13, 2015 at 5:23 am #228201Hai..I m a student from MALAYSIA..which variant should i take? English variant or Global variant? i am confusing now.
February 13, 2015 at 7:53 pm #228307There’s really no confusion! If you have hopes to obtain an auditing practising certificate in the UK at sometime in the future, then English variant is the way to go.
If you have no such ambition, then probably Global would be your choice
The lectures on this site are aimed primarily at English variant but there is a substantial overlap with Global – from Agency and partnership onwards are relevant to both (there’s no lecture on agency – it’s only a short chapter and should be easily read and understood by you)
Hope that helps
But, of course, it’s entirely up to youFebruary 14, 2015 at 3:26 am #228321Thanks for your reply..is it no more malaysia law and uk law?the syllabus change from malaysia law and uk law to global law and english law?
February 14, 2015 at 10:46 am #228354There still seems to be a Malaysian variant available – at least there was in December 2014
And the UK version is in fact called English, not UK! Scottish Law is different than English Law!
