is the engagement procedure is the audit procedure carried out for the client?
what is actually does interim FS mean?, and how can we perform review of interim FS?

An interim audit is essentially a systems audit, confirming the consistency and strength of accounting and internal controls.
Typically carried out 2 / 3 months before the year end

No, engagement procedures are the (depending on the context of the use of the expression) procedures to be adopted before accepting the engagement whereas audit procedures are those that are adopted for the purpose of carrying out the audit
