I would like to know if common law duties of employer and employees also statutory duties are examinable as I did not see any mention of these areas in the lecture notes.

Yes it is abominable, please look at past papers and you will find answer there.
So you can prepare this one from past paper.

Hey zeshan, I assume you meant examinable 😛
Shevena, the notes should be used along with past papers AND lectures, this will cover more than enough for a good pass. Read at least 3 years’ papers both June and December. It’s recommended to do 5 years for added support 😉
