I am not sure if i am reading something wrong but i am sure in the bpp F4 book it says twice that on maternity leave the employee gets 90% of gross salary twice.
or is it that they get 90% of gross at one point and then 90% of statutory minimum the other period.
    I am confuesed.

I’ve just got this from the internet:-

“Currently 39 weeks paid, indefinite delay on planned rise to 52 weeks indefinitely[15] (6 weeks at 90% of full pay and remainder at a flat rate (as of 2011 = £128.73) or 90% of your salary if that is less than the flat rate). This is the statutory minimum; most employers often provide more generous arrangements.”

I put into google “https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parental_leave” and that’s what came up along with a load of other stuff including the fact that Papua New Guinea has no provision for maternity leave / benefit!

No, there are no recorded lectures on either of these topics. If you were to pick up a study text and read the two topics, you should find that they are both easily self studied. If you don’t want to pick up a study text, look at the past exam questions in these areas and you’ll find they are pretty repetitive!

Yes, probably – it depends on how much question practice you do and what do you mean “enough”

If you work through the last 10 exams since December 2007 to December 2012 inclusive, questions and answers, twice ( at least ) then you should score “enough” to pass the exam ie >50%

If you mean by “enough” “Will I be suitably qualified to sit as a judge in a Court of Law?” the answer is clearly “No”

Put very simply, the more effort you put into your studies, the easier these exams become, but you appear already to be looking for “the easy way” so I’m already concerned for you 🙁
