employment income-taxable benefits

sir with respect to an employee's employment income could you list expenses which if exceeded a certain amount are chargeable on the excess for the employee. and those which become fully taxable if a certain amount is crossed? for example if staff exceeded over 150pounds per employee per tax year then full amount assessable as taxable benefit for employee but if removal expenses are over 8000 then only the excess assessable as taxable benefit. so could you mention some more like i mentioned? many thanks
