There is very little in the books & notes on the EAT. Apart from the facts that it is the same level as the Supreme Court (previously known as High Court), and that appeals go to the Court of Appeal, what else is there to know?

I mean, can they ask a 10 mark question on it, and if so, what can we expect it to be like?
