Breach of contract claims must normally be taken to an Employment
Tribunal within what time period?
a) 3 weeks of the effective date of termination
b) 3 months of the effective date of termination
c) 6 months of the effective date of termination
Is the time period for breach of contract claims really specified and also what does effective date of termination mean and when does a contract gets effectively terminated.
