Sir how does providing thorough job descriptions and regular performance appraisal help in embedding risk management culture within the organisation? Do you mind giving an example for both?

If people don’t do their specifief jobs properly then that can be potentially risky. Eg, a person in the warehouse not performing specified stock counts.
