    Good day.
I always get confused anytime I see Prevention and Detection costs. What is the best way to identify Prevention and Detection costs?

Prevention costs are costs involved in trying to stop problems happening (e.g. the cost of better training of staff).

Detection costs are costs of finding faults when they have happened (e.g. the cost of quality control).
