I want to ask 2 question regarding Ejoy (Bpp Q.40) :
1. Why bpp kit answer included $1.7m gain(working 6) in “Finance income” relating to gain on hedge instrument …..as per my knowledge and original examiner answer the loss on hedge item should be offset against gain on hedge instrument… because in this question hedge effectiveness is 100%.
2. What if hedge effectiveness is 80% and 120% (please.. explain in detail) .
