Can anyone please explain to me how we are expected to use the information that we gain by reading the articles? I haven’t seen any model solutions that have quoted any articles and i want to know how to gain maximum points .
December 5, 2012 at 7:20 pm #110366Refer to June 2012 Q4 Ganymede University for a good example on benchmarking in the public sector. The answers are based closely to what has been written on the Sept 2012 technical article on ‘Benchmarking’.
The same goes to June 2012 Q2 Amal Airlines, and its airline performance measures are based on what has been similarly produced in Aug 2005 technical article titled ‘Performance Measures to Support Competitive Advantage’. Won’t you be surprised how a really old technical article is still very relevant in the current exam sittings? Oh, on top of that, it’s also related to another 2012 technical article on ‘Performance Prism’ as well.
Just so you be aware, if you can remember points written in the technical article, it will be much easier for you to attempt the paper as the points relate closely to the examiner’s marking scheme.
ps: hey, tips are explicitly given, but they are not told directly to you. 🙂
