Sir there is a question in kit although it is not an Acca past exam question. Explain what is meant by effective budgeting and what features contribute to effective budgeting. Sir I just want to ask that is this question in our syllabus?

There is no such term as ‘effective budgeting’ and it is not in the syllabus.
You could obviously be asked about whether certain budgeting was effective (i.e. whether it was achieving what was wanted), but you could not be simply asked to define ‘effective budgeting’)
