    Q5?Which ONE of the following is correct?
    A ?The House of Lords is obliged to apply English Law, even if it contradicts European Law.
    B ?The House of Lords must apply European Law even if it contradicts English Law.
    C ?If European and English Law conflict, the House of Lords cannot apply either Law.
    D ?The House of Lords must apply English Law unless it obtains government permission to apply European Law.

    Q6?Which ONE of the following is correct?

    Nope! That’s “Nope, they’re no longer relevant to ACCA Law paper” rather than “Nope, I won’t guide you”.

    HOWEVER!!!! Just today I’m reading that more than half the ‘Leavers’ (People who voted Leave) consider that the UK is not yet fully ‘Free’.

    One of the reasons is that UK law courts and the Government are tipped to want to continue with much of the law ‘imposed’ on the UK as a result of the UK’s membership of the EU.

    But the questions as they stand are no longer viable as questions for the post-Brexit ACCA law paper.
