    please how do we calculate earnings per share and the treatment please.

    borrowing cost
    the example you gave in your lecture notes please i dont get it

    Well, it’s a bit late to start thinking about it now! There are video / audio lectures on both these topics and there’s no way I can start thinking about typing it all out for you.

    EPS is Earnings / weighted average number of shares in issue through the year.

    Borrowing costs – you need three columns “Borrowed”, “Spent” and “Invested”

    Follow it through from that as your start point
