HI Ken,
In Information intensity matrix-potter and miller,
1.could you please explain me what is ment by information contain in the product?
2.why google Low information contain in the product and high information in process?
and hotline high information in product and low in process?

Information content: thinkmhow you would specify or define the produce precisely. A brick is defined by height, width, length and material. A newspaper requires thousands of pieces of information – the words – to completely define it in detail.
We haven’t mentioned eith Google or hot-line as examples in our notes. It would seem to me that Google would have very hign information content.
Hotlines can be provided by a person atmthe end of the phone, so low tech. However, that person probably needs a high degree of knowledge and expertise.
By the way, it is PORTER and Miller, not Potter and Miller.
