Good day,
I’m having some problems with vertical integration and disintegration. Could you provide some clarity?
Vertical integration is covered in our lectures, Chapter 11.
If you are talking about Integration as part of the 6Is of e-commerce, this is covered in Chapter 22 lectures.
I assume disintegration is moving in the opposite direction to integration eg the decision to outsource and to concentrate on your core activities.
