    Sir, when seeing 3 stage test , one of the stage is that

    – does sufficient proximity or relation or neighbor exist

    So here it is not necessary na that there must be any relationship/relative, duty of care will apply even to a legal neighbor na?

    I’m going to limit you to just 3 questions per day from here on in

    If you send me 1 post and within that post there are 4 separate questions, I shall answer the first 3 and no more … and no more posts after that one

    So from now on you need to be very selective about exactly which bit of nonsense and non-relevant stuff you want to ask me

    This rule starts with effect from right now and that means no more posts on 25 January

    26 January onwards you are living in restricted mode
