    Hello

While establishing that duty of care exist or not, which test we have to consider? Neighbor principle or Three stage test? Or both?

Both! But neighborhood test is one of the 3 part test – it’s just called by a different name

Sir , 3 part test is as follows na

    a) sufficient proximity or relation exist
    b) loss is foreseeable
    c) it is fair and reasonable to impose a duty of care

Sir here, where is the neighbor principle applied?

What do you think “a) sufficient proximity or relation exists” means?

I think you mean to say that sufficient proximity or relation or in other words neighbor principal means the same thing.

Who are the people that live in the premises proximate to your home?

    Are they not your neighbours?
