Hi , for the 3rd task , in the last exhibit (baldrige), is it those activity in the brainstorming meeting already done by company or not? or its just things that they are planning to do..?
The brainstorming exhibit outlines “…the key business activities and operations..”
I would interpret the exhibit as setting out what the company needs for success and excellence. Some items will already be fine but some may need more work or adjustment to achieve what is needed.
