If in the question it is said that due deligence of new client is done and what matters should be considered before accepting the audit engagement

What should Be mentioned in answer in general

Can you please specify such a question? (Client due diligence/know your client as an aspect of client/engagement acceptance is not to be confused with “due diligence assignments”.)
