Hello,
just looking at the above q, I cannot grasp why in the reconstruction would the co offer to buy back shares at a premium from the ord shareholders??
this will cause a potential(if all shares bought back)outflow of 280k. Is it done for eps purposes further down the line due to extra shares being created for the vent cap and employees???
