If a business owner withdraws goods worth $4000 at selling price. And we are not given the cost of goods or any margin/markup.
Would it be correct to:
Dr Drawings $4000
Cr Sales $4000Because Cr purchases would make the purchases figure in correct as it contains element of profit in it.
Please Advise.
