can any one clarify what is nomination committee terms of reference, audit committee reference and remuneration committee referenceIn the simplest form,
Nomination committee – to nominate directors to the AGM where they can be appointed.
Audit committee – among others duties, to ensure FS are correct, internal controls, liase with external auditor, etc
Remuneration – to determine the remuneration(wages) of directors.The committees are usually staffed with NEDs so as to provide independence in the decisions, but i can;t remember the proportion of EDs and NEDs sorry.
