    Q1) What do u mean by shareholders funds in f9?
    shares + reserves?

    Following below, why wrong?

    Q2) The expected net present value is the value expected to occur if an investment project with several possible outcomes is undertaken once,

    Q3) Capital market securities are assets for the seller but liabilities for the buyer?

    Q4) Operational efficiency means that efficient capital markets direct funds to their most productive use?

    Q5)The general level of interest rates is affected by investors’ desire for a real return?

    1. Yes

    2. Suppose the possibly outcomes are 50 and 100 each with a probability of 0.5. The expected value is 75, but the actual outcome will either be 50 or 100 – not 75.

    3. Share are securities – they are assets for the buyer

    4. Operational efficiency means that the stock exchange etc. operate well – e.g. transactions occur quickly.

    5. General interest rates are determined by the central banks not by investors.
