1) Regarding the topic of SSC
In my study material it says in regard with-
Tips on establishing Successful SSC :-
– Buy-in of operating units impacted by change.
I don’t understand this particular point, what do they mean by Buy-in of operating Units impacted by change?
2) regarding topic of BPR
in the disadvantages of BPR it says
-Senior management may lose Commitment, Once the program has been implemented.
Why would they lose commitment

Also sir i wanted to ask How should i prepare for my OCS exams while studying for E1. OR should i focus on E1 first and later on prepare for my case study exam.

Q1 SSC. I don’t really understand it either. It will not help you to pass!
Q2 BPR Has a high probability of radically changing managers’ functions and these type of changes often turn out to be demoralising and demotivating.
Pass the individual exams first the concentrate on the case study.

Respected Sir,
Thanks a lot for reply. In my e1 Kaplan book basically after every chapter it has 1 or 2 case study questions. I was thinking to solve them right now when my knowledge was fresh for that particular topic.
