Sir i want to confirm these two statements
1 Application for setting aside arbitral award can be made in court of the state where the award was made.
Another one is
The decision of setting aisde arbitral award is effective everywhere whereas the enforcement of award is effective only in the state where enforcement was madeOK – now give me the references or the sources of these two statements so that a) I can check that you have copied them correctly and b) so that I can read them in the original context
