Sir in section will they ask a question to write the difference between an Associate and a subsidiary say worth 6 marks
So do we need to explain that?

If they ask for the difference then you need to explain the difference!!

They could ask that although more likely would probably to ask what a subsidiary is or to ask what an associate is i.e. separately.
