I suppose I think F8 is full of theories so just by memorizing the notes can I pass?

Is there a possibility that the examiner may ask us to write an engagement letter?1 Memorising notes is not the way to go. You have to understand the auditing pro ESS as well as knowing some facts. Doing questions is key.
2 more likely to ask you purpose and typical contents.
