Doing ACCA outside of UK, Learning TX-UK from open tuition is valid?

I’m doing my ACCA from Kuwait, so I’m guessing that TX-UK is UK based taxation. Will it be the same syllabus or do I have to do something else? I’m also planning to take LW, which has two variations, [ENG] and [GLO]. Which one do I learn from?
