Please help, I have come up with an answer for this question, but I have no idea if my answer is correct. Can I please get your thoughts?
Does the Civil Liability Act (2002) (NSW) have any effect on the law of negligent misstatement? Explain.

Well, it’s certainly not going to have any effect on the English variant and, with due respect to the NSWelsh, I don’t see it being applicable to the Global variant.
