Hi Sir,
Is the high court bound by its own decisions?
The simple answer is “Yes”
However, where the HC is bound by its own previous decisions but now doesn’t like that previouis decision, it could (rarely) refer the case to the Court of Appeal to reconsider the binding decision of the previous High Court case.
