I am really struggling with names of the cases. are there points for allocated for references to cases in the exam?
Ideally, you should. But you won’t be penalised if you don’t. If u only remember one person’s name in the case then you can just say eg. Carlill’s case or you can describe the case like “in a case where an advertisement was made advertising a cure for influenza… where such and such happened”. And u def’ don’t need to recall the date 😀 What is important is the point of law and the decision.
