Hi
I am going to be sitting the English variant for F4 as a computer based examination. I was wondering if i have to memorize the court cases as mentioned in the lecture videos or in the BPP books?
Thanks
Mandip
No, you do not need to remember the case names, but you must know the principle of the case. e.g. mischief rule, golden rule etc.
Mandip, read the examination technique article for F4 on this site!
Thanks Mike.
Hi, did you pass your F4? It was CBE? How hard it was? Im thinking to take this exam but still not sure if shall I do CBE or paper one. Your advise?
