Dear Sir,
“Performance measurement – financial, non-financial, and divisionalised”
this is one of the tip provided by opentuition with regards to june exams..what does divisionalised refer to exactly please? RI n ROI…only?

For calculations, yes – RI and ROI.

However we would still be interested in non-financial measures for each of the divisions (in the same way as we would normally consider non-financial measures)
