Hi John!

In your lectures, I am having some problem understanding what ROI and not RI could be used for measuring size of division.

Please explain it.

There is no rule as to which to use – it is up to top management to decide which they want to use to measure performance.

There are advantages and disadvantages to both (as I list in my lecture) and which they choose depends on the situation.
