I have come across the LSBF tips mentioning divisional issues and selection of KPIs. Grateful if you could please elaborate on the divisional issues with an example.

The normal KPIs for divisions are ROI and residual income. Any others would be driven by the scenario. For example, they might be required to grow their market share or to improve customer satisfaction ratings.
