if the year ends 31 Oct 2002 and a final dividend o.3c per share declared on 30 Oct 2002 i have to calculate the amount or not?

when i calculate dividend declared ???

You see dividend in the cash flow statement only in a period when it is paid. Declared dividend doesn’t reflect in the statement.
