Are dividend of irredeemable shares shown in SOFP (in cash/bank as amount is paid) and Statement of Cashflow (as payment of dividends in cash)?

Dividends wills educe the cash but are not shown separately in the SOFP.
Dividends paid do appear in the Statement of Cash Flows as explained in my free lectures on this.
