    Hi Mike.

    While I was going through your lecture on Chapter 14, “Company Law: Liquidations”, I wasn’t able to find any lecture on sequence of distribution of assets in a liquidation and The Prescribed Part. There are these two additional pages in the notes but not in the video lecture.

    Is there anything about those two pages that you don’t understand? There isn’t a lecture on those two pages but I shall happily explain anything that you find non-understandable
