If a subsidiary has been disposed of, and it is originally acquired with a view to resale.
So it is in line with IFRS 5 discontinue operation?
The treatment is don’t have to be consolidated for SOPL but need to treated as discontinued operation?

Must be consolidated but its results will appear in a single ‘discontinuance’ line in the P&L
