Disposal of parent\'s investment in subsidiary, chapter 10,example 7

Hi Sir,

in Example 7 its says retained earning brought forward is
Diana: 530,000
Liga: 351,000

which i assume comes from 600,000-70,000
and respectively for Liga 400,000-49,000
but i m confused that value of 70,000 and 49,000 at the year end 2016 is not given in question,so how can we get these values?

i will appreciate if you help me to understand this part of question
