Sir, the display of goods for sale kit question which I asked you on 29th Nov, in that we shall consider that “there is a contract with Cat and the fact that Alvin has sold the car to Del means that Alvin will now probably have to find a similar car to sell to Cat for the agreed price”. Right?
Correct, but you have later claimed that I am incorrect (according to Kaplan) and I further responded that the situation is closely adjacent to a previous exam question where the examiner claimed that an undertaking to go and sort out finance was sufficient consideration to support an option contract
Now, unless the law has changed and I missed that change, I’m prepared to stick with my original answer
