Question: Illustrate Ivan’s rights on termination and the likelihood of a successful claim for unfair dismissal
Scenario:
TALLY Ltd specializes in providing software to the financial services industry. It has two offices, one in Chittagong and the other, its main office, in Dhaka.
In January 20X1 Ivan was employed as a software designer attached to the Chittagong office. However, by May 20X2, Ivan was informed that he was to be transferred to head office in Dhaka because of a reduction of work in Chittagong, which is more than 200 KM from his usual workplace.
Ivan refused to accept the transfer on the basis that he had been employed to work in Chittagong not Dhaka. Consequently, on 1st June 20X2 he wrote to TALLY Ltd, terminating his contact with them.—- Would appreciate if anyone can solve this question for me – Thanks

I’m sorry, but there’s either something wrong with my computer or with the website or with something else about which I have no idea.
Anyway, here’s a belated very brief response!
It looks to me like constructive dismissal!
Did I get that right?
Hear from you soon and hopefully it will appear on my screen when you do respond
